This month, STCP would like to feature STCP volunteer ‘Katrina Culshaw’.
Katrina joined the S.A.V.E program last December. After moving to Paris in September, she was saddened by the number of homeless people in the city. Katrina would give change and food to the homeless when she could, but she felt a calling to make a more significant difference. She certainly did.
Her Capstone project of serving the minors in Parc Belleville on Wednesdays has become a regular program at STCP. Katrina has also participated in workshops, helped with our food distribution, taught French to refugees regularly on Thursday nights, played football with the guys from the 100 night shelter, and even performed a violin concert for some of our other STCP volunteers.
We are grateful for her support, kindness and dedication to making a difference in Paris.
